I think it is no problem to add new countries.
But I can only add divisions fro TOP to div5. More divisions are inpossible at the moment (too much teams and very long updates with div6)

Excellent site and helpful 
Could you add Scotland,Wales,Ireland.
I guess eventually most countries will be added but good to get in early
would only need to go to div 4, which may even be to far.

Yes i add it now - I updated all countries (now existing) and now can I add next countries
