English FAQ for Cups
How to work with cup interface?
Cups organized through MZStats are unofficial cup, which are played through friendly games. Every team in cup must challenge his opponent.
What can do MzStats for me as organisator?
MZStat can automaticlly download scheduled games from MZ, results, creating tables, creating scheduled games for teams in group, communication
organisator with entered teams through mail etc.

What to do, if I want to have my cup?
1. you must start cup first. You set parameters of your cup (as number of participating teams, dates of enter to the cup, administration password
etc.
2. After starting cup you can wait for entered teams. What day, when is entering permited, you can see on cuppage possibility "Enter cup". You as
admin of cup can create cuplogo, start discuss threadfor cup etc.
3. Before scheduling of games you must create rounds of cup. After going to administration you can see "Administration of rounds". Ther you must
create such count of rounds, what you need for your groups. One round is one double,also if your group has for example 6 teams, you need 5 rounds .
Attention for odd (3,5,7...) count of teams in group, if group has 7 teams, you need 7 rounds (every team need one round free). if you have groups
with different count of teams, then set number of rounds after greatest group. By round you must set date, which means latest date of playing game of
this round.
4. You have rounds, great. Now you create groups in administration and then you insert teams to groups. MZStats will make schedule for every round.
After clicking on Groups/Playoff you can create group and insert teams to the group. Unfortunatly it is not possible, all this to make by MZStats
automatically. I want to add this in the future. MZStats checks teams in groups and no team can be in two gropus.
5. You have groups and schedule. We can sa every team, what we have schedule and they can challenge ther opponents. In administration you can see
"Send mail", where can you send to every team his schedule for cup or send one for every round. Every mail, which is send by MZStats is send to your
mail adress too and you can see, which team got message and managers can answer, what his opponent donnt accept challenge etc. In administration in
"Edit games" you can insert results of these games manually.
6. Groups are finished a next phase is coming. Playoff. You must first create round for playoff in administration of rounds. Then in "Groups/playoff"
you can make pairs for playoff games. Unfortunatly it is not possible, all this to make by MZStats automatically, every pair you must insert manually.
And then you can send mails about playoff round.
7. With next rounnds of playoff is it same again, you create rounds, pairs, send mails...
8. After finishing cup it is good to archive cup. On cuphomepage is your cup in bottom part, to see active cups on top of the page. If you donnt
archive cup, after some days is cup automatically archived.

What is Frequency of sending emails about unscheduled games in cup settings?
This number means, how often are maangers attended, they should schedule cup game.
Example: You set 3 days in this setting. At August 15th you send mails, what manager should schedule game of your cup with team XY to August 25th.
On August 18th system by regular actualization checkes, what game is not scheduled. Also system sends mail again. If mae should be scheduled, when is
no mail sent.
What is How many days before deadline of round can be played a game in cup settings?
Examples are best. You send to every team mail, what they schedule game to August 25th. In cup settings you have this parameter set on 10 days. Also
teams can play this game maximal 10 days before end date (before August 25th). Possible others games (before August 15th) are not counted to the
cup.
What can I do, if two teams play more doubles in termin of cupround?
This is little problem. First you must know, which of doubles is for the cup. If it is first double, then it is no problem and results will be
downloaded. But if second (or other) double is for the cup, then you must do sometning manually. If you catch it before playing game, you can insert
right date of cup games (Administration - Edit games) and good results will be downloaded. If you donnt catch before playing games, you must insert
under same link manually reapir all (dates and results).

What can I do, if some pair in playoff have same results and no team can promote to next round?
Best way is to make for this round (for example quartefinals) create new round (for example quartefinals repeated) and to add to this pair, which
needs to play again. You cannot to add some teams for one round again.
Can I see some stats as best scorers?
Unfortunately, this time from XML files we can only download results, no other stats are aviable.
Can I create cup only for players such age(as U21)?
Yes, you can create this cup, but same reason asi previous answer MZStats can not check, if opponents played only with players of this age.
I want to create cup for country, which is not in menu aviable. Is it possible?
Yes, but I must add this country to the menu. Send me mail or here wrute to the thread your requirement for new country. IT is possible to add all the
country or combination of more countries or only some divisions levels form one or more countries (example: Czech republic div3-5).
